Monthly Membership Pricing:
Enrollment Fee: $25 (One time cost, no additional charges for creating a family account):
Individual Membership (Middleville Only): $40/month
Individual Membership (All Access): $50/month
Family Memberships: $70/month for Family of 2, $30/month ($40 for all access) for each additional family member. Must be direct family (ie: Mom, Dad and kids).
*Military, Law Enforcement, and First Responders: Sign up in person for $10 off each month
